		<description>If you think that math skills are declining in today&#039;s young men, go on a Pemi Dope Stop. I&#039;ve had the pleasure of witnessing a few of these, and calculations fly as campers determine how many items they can get from Shawnee&#039;s 10 cent basket AND still get a drink AND something else. The goal seems to be to spend the allotted amount to the last possible penny without going over.
